SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order,we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Return and Exchange Policy
Mike Moore Ministries is committed to providing the highest quality service and ensure each customer’s complete satisfaction. Mike Moore Ministries will refund or replace any defective product returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Upon our receipt of the returned product, we will replace or exchange the product or issue you a refund in the form of your original payment should you wish to return it.
Product in Exchange for a Contribution
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will replace or exchange the product.
Please note that due to current tax laws, contributions made to the ministry in exchange for a product are unable to be refunded.
How To Return An Item

3. Include in your package a copy of the original invoice stating the reason for your return.
The disc(s) you receive are either replicated or duplicated, and they have been manufactured by strict standards and tested for errors. Even with our high standard of quality, you may encounter play ability issues. Please verify that the disc is clean and attempt to play it in a different player or computer. If you continue to encounter an issue, please contact us to return the product(s).
